Portal

Various functionalities are available via a portal in order to support customer service and technical support departments. This can be accessed via a standard web browser and offers up-to-date information online. It is possible to include multiple users, with different rights and roles. The portal offers possibilities such as card search, card details retrieval, transaction history retrieval and card (de)blocking.

Reporting

Intersolve offers extensive reporting options. There are various basic reports with break-downs by country, sub-chain, branch, card type or period. These cover sales development, spend information, age analysis, float value development and reporting for settlement with branches. If other types of reports are required, then customised reports can be provided. Reports are available in CSV, Excel or PDF formats and can be delivered by e-mail, SFTP server or retrieved online. Our report formats can also be adapted to match an internal settlement system.
